Job Description for Persistent Systems Off Campus Drive 2021 for Engineer Trainee:
- Persistent Systems Off Campus Drive Hiring Freshers for Engineer Trainee Position
- Persistent Systems Freshers Drive 2021 Hiring For 2020 and 2021 batch
- This program gives the shortlisted candidates a robust training program which includes online resources, behavioral competency etc. which provides them plethora of opportunities to shape their career with Persistent.
Eligibility Criteria for Persistent Systems for Trainee position:
Education criteria:
- BE/ BTech
- No active backlogs
- Last 6 months will not be eligible for this drive
Percentage criteria:
- SSC percentage - 60% or above
- HSC Or Diploma - 60% or above
- BE aggregate – 60% or above
- BTech aggregate – 60% or above
Date of Joining:
- Mid December 2021

- Strong in data structures and algorithms. Solid grasp of few topics from curriculum (Like RDBMS, N/W, OS, SDLC etc.)

- Step 1: Persistent Qualifier Test- Objective + Subjective (May or may not happen)
- Step 2: Persistent Technical + HR Assessment
- Step 3: Offer Roll out
- Step 4: Tentative Date of Joining- Min December 21
Important Note:
- The students should not have any active backlogs ATKT
