About L&T Construction Scholarship Programme 2024:
- L&T Construction Off Campus Drive 2024 hiring engineering graduates
- Build India Scholarship(BIS) Scheme is an illustrious programme that has been in existence for more than 25 years. Through this program, L&T nurtures aspiring young talents from Civil / Electrical Engineering background into capable Project Management professionals, allowing them to be part of its tremendous growth story.
Benefits of L&T Construction Scholarship Programme 2024:
- 2 years full-time M.Tech degree in Construction Technology & Management
- 24 month sponsored course at IIT Madras / IIT Delhi / NIT Surathkal / NIT Tiruchirapalli
- Sponsorship fee & Tuition will be borne by L&T and will be paid directly to IITs / NITs
- Summer Internship & Final Project will be carried out at L&T project sites during the programme
- Regular interactions/Guest lectures/Knowledge-sharing sessions by L&T professionals
- Employment will be offered at L&T upon successful completion of the Course
L&T Construction Stipend for Scholarship Programme:
- L&T Construction Build India Scholarship Stipend of Rs.13,400/- p.m. for Engineering candidates
- Tuition fee and Sponsorship fee will be settled by L&T to the respective Institutes directly.
- The sponsored candidates need to pay Hostel Accommodation fee & Mess fee.
Eligibility Criteria for L&T Construction for Scholarship Programme 2024:
- Applicants must be final-year students pursuing BE/BTech in core Civil/Electrical Engineerin are eligible to apply.
- Students from other engineering disciplines are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have graduated in the year 2023 or prior to that are not eligible to apply.
- 70% or 7.0 CGPA (out of 10) in BE/BTech are eligible

Selection Process for L&T Construction 2024:
- Written Test (Subject & Aptitude Tests) followed by an Interview (conducted by IIT Madras / Delhi, NIT Surathkal / Trichy in co-ordination with L&T) for those who qualify in the written test.
- The final selection is subject to medical fitness
How to apply for L&T Construction Scholarship Programme 2024:
- Step 1: Once you click to apply, you will be guided to a new webpage, wherein you must key in your basic data & submit. You will be alerted through Email which will contain your username along with the password.
- Step 2: Upon successful completion of the registration, you need to log-in to the application portal with the user id and password provided to complete the application form. You need to click "Login" on the top righthand side of the web page to fill the application form.
- Step 3: You need to enter your information sought along with the scanned copies of your certificates / valid photo identify proof / photograph and submit the application which will be taken for further processing
L&T Construction Scholarship Programme Test Dates:
- Last Date to apply: 6th Match 2024
- Written Test: 31st March 2024
- Interview Process: April 2024
- Issuance of Sponsorship Letter: June 2024 - July 2024
Important Note:
- Upon selection and before joining the course, the student is required to sign an undertaking valued at Rs. 5 Lakhs. This undertaking commits the student to successfully completing the course and subsequently serving the company for five years thereafter.
- Enter the complete & accurate details of the information sought.
- While entering marks, do not enter the CGPA. Rather, convert the CGPA into a scale of 10 and then into an aggregate % (out of 100).
