- This position provides world class solutions-oriented technical support with a strong focus on customer service that is designed to maximum customer satisfaction.
- This position requires the employee to become proficient with all aspects of the application software functionality in order to accurately analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software or system related issues.

- Able to support senior PM/Business leader in Project Management activities:
- Team Management
- Understanding the project scope of work and ensuring project deliverables accordingly.
- Financials Management.
- Anticipate and plan possible risks or issues.

- Understanding client business and technology landscape.
- Able to research on client industry environment, challenges, competition and build a plan to overcome those challenges with technical solutions.
- Able to participate in developing solution roadmap for the client business problems.
