Roles and Responsibilities for Cognizant GenC Next for Cyber Security Engineer Position:
- Sound knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming.
- Interpret the functional requirements and develop a simple component or module using Java language,
- following a component design specification and implement best coding standards and practices.
- Use JDBC to access DB and perform basic operation on data.
- Should have knowledge on Application on-boarding, SOD, RBAC (Role Based Access Control), Role Analysis
- and development environments/languages like J2EE, Java or PL/SQL
- Knowledge on security fundamentals like Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign On.
- Knowledge on scripting like Python or JSON or shell scripts.
- Provides assistance to design, program and execution.
- Good analytical skills in problem solving and debugging.
