• Wipro Off Campus Drive 2024 Hiring freshers for Project Engineer position

Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Off Campus Drive for Project Engineer:

Education:

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 60% or above as applicable by the university guidelines
• Only Fulltime courses. NO Part-time or Correspondences or Distance learning education in either 10th or 12th or Degree
• BE/BTech (Compulsory Degree) / ME / MTech - 5 Year Integrated course

Year of passing:

• 2024

Other Criteria:

• One Backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
• Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
• Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
• No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of the Graduation
• Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period from the previous assessment
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates should be 18+ while registration
• Service agreement: Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on pro rata basis.

Selection Process for Wipro ELITE Off Campus Drive 2024:

Every eligible candidate must go through below online assessment, below details appended for your reference.

Wipro NTH Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:

1) Aptitude Test (Duration: 48 mins)

• Logical Ability
• Quantitative Ability
• English (verbal) Ability.

2) Written Communication (Duration: 20 mins)

• Essay writing

3) Online Programming (Duration: 60 mins)

• Two programs for coding.

Candidate can chose any one of programming language for coding test:

• Java
• C
• C++
• Python

Compensation / CTC/ Salary for Wipro ELITE NTH Off Campus Hiring:

• Joining compensation: INR 3,50,000
• Flat bonus post 6 months from joining: INR 25,000 (to be merged with compensation after 12 months of bonus pay-out)
• Regular yearly increments
• Merged bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th month from Date of Joining

Important Note:

• It is entirely the responsibility of Wipro to permit/limit the participation of each candidate in the Elite National Talent Hunt 2024 recruitment process.
• After passing the online tests, candidates will have to go through a Technical Interview and HR interview.
• Reservations Parameters and selection procedure belongs solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process. Wipro also reserves the right to make an initial offer if the provisionally selected candidate does not meet certain conditions, which are a prerequisite for employment. Wipro also reserves the right to be held liable to any candidate if he/she is found to be involved in any illegal activity, for example: misperception, fraud, production of illegal documents, etc.
