Job Description for Deloitte Off Campus Drive 2024 for Analyst Trainee:

• Deloitte Off Campus Drive 2024 hiring freshers for Analyst Trainee Position
• The candidate will be registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization and an appropriate government agency
• The selected candidate will be on a 1-year probation from the joining date
• Analyst trainees at Deloitte are expected to develop strong technical skills in the system/ technology area they work in. As a part of the project onboarding process, you are provided with training/awareness aimed at building proficiency in the role.
• It involves the development of technical and behavioral skills as per defined proficiency levels (as per the Expectation Framework), understanding of the organization-specific tools and methodologies, and focused capability building on communication excellence as per Deloitte standards.

Roles and Responsibilities for Deloitte Analyst Trainee Position 2024:

• Deliver on specific capability in Technology Consulting
• Understand business requirements and needs
• Support technical/functional/process document creation and maintain an effective library
• Build, test, and deliver solutions
• Support application design
• Be responsible for technical specification creation
• Be responsible for code, development and unit testing
• Be responsible for test data creation, test scripts creation and execution
• Support infrastructure-building activities
• Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations

Eligibility Criteria for Deloitte Analyst Trainee Position 2024:

• The year of graduation should be 2023
• Aggregate 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above

DELOITTE TEST DETAILS FOR ANALYST TRAINEE POSITION 2024:

Language Skills (English):

• This section consists of 10 MCQs and 3 fill in the blank’s questions
• This section will evaluate your ability to understand and use English in the workplace
• The questions will measure your knowledge of English vocabulary, grammar, sentence construction, sentence arrangement, and overall language comprehension

General Aptitude (Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Ability):

• This section consists of 12 MCQs in Reasoning ability and 10 MCQs in Quantitative ability
• This section will evaluate your general cognitive skills, your reasoning skills, and your ability to work with data
• Different questions have different Instructions, so you must read and understand the Instruction clearly for each question
• A few of the questions will be based on a common premise and will appear in sequence
• Some questions may involve basic numerical calculations, so it is advised to keep a pen and paper handy

Technical Skills (MCQ):

• This section consists of 30 MCQs
• This section will evaluate your knowledge in Testing, Computer science, Networking & Cyber Security and Cloud computing in the chosen areas
• This section will also evaluate your programming acumen and programming language capabilities in the chosen programming languages

Technical Skills (Coding):

• This section consists of 1 live coding nugget and 1 live programming question
• The coding nugget and the programming question both evaluate your knowledge of programming language(s) and your ability to write syntactically correct code, while the programming question additionally evaluates your logical thinking and problem-solving skills as well
• You will need to write code using the provided online editor
• You will be able to select the programming language of your choice from the given dropdown list. This will include all the commonly used languages like C, C++, C#, Java, Python etc.
• You will be able to evaluate your code by using the "Compile & Execute" option
• If the code compiles successfully, you will be able to see how many hidden test cases your code managed to pass/fail
• The last version of code you submit will be considered as the final version for evaluation
