Job Description for Reliance Industries Off Campus Drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Trainee:
- Reliance Industries Off Campus Drive 2023 hiring freshers for Graduate Engineer Trainee Position
- Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) hires graduates from top engineering colleges to actively contribute to its
- growing business and ecosystem.
- The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program is an entry-level program for nurturing young engineering talent.
- As part of GET 2024, the selected GETs will undergo a training program designed to build requisite
- competencies for targeted job roles. Confirmation into these roles will depend upon successful completion of the training program and performance in the final assessments.
Eligibility Criteria for Reliance Graduate Engineer Trainee Position:
- Freshers with full-time BTech/BE degrees from any AICTE approved institute, graduating in 2024, in the field of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- An aggregate of 60% / 6.0 CGPA and above score in Engineering (up to 7th Semester/ Graduation).
- At least 60% in 10th, 12th, or Diploma (if applicable)
- Good oral and written communication

Salary/CTC for Reliance Graduate Engineer Trainee Position 2024:
Remuneration for Reliance Off Campus Drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Trainee - IIT Graduates- On Joining: Fixed Pay of INR 9.00 lakh per annum.
- On Completion of 12 months: Fixed Pay increases to INR 9.50 lakh per annum & Annual Cash Bonus (ACB): INR 1.05 lakh per annum.
- One-Time Deferred Bonus: INR 5 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.
Remuneration for Reliance Off Campus Drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Trainee - Non IIT Graduates
- On Joining: Fixed Pay of INR 7.50 lakh per annum.
- On Completion of 12 months: Fixed Pay increases to INR 8.00 lakh per annum & Annual Cash Bonus (ACB): INR 0.88 lakh per annum.
- One-Time Deferred Bonus: INR 3 lakh on completion of two years post confirmation.
Important Note:
- Only GETs who successfully complete their training and assessment will be eligible for confirmation.
- Post confirmation, GETs will become eligible for annual increment and ACB, as per company policy.
Selection Process for Reliance Off Campus Drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Trainee Position:
1) Registration

2) Assessment
- Shortlisted students will go through the online assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter)
- 5th Feb, 2024 - 8th Feb, 2024
3) Interviews
- Further shortlisted candidates will go through a personal interview round
- 23rd Feb, 2024 - 1st Mar, 2024
4) Final Selection
- Students will receive a final update on their candidature
- By End of Mar, 2024
