Job Description for Finoit Off Campus Drive 2022 for Software Trainee Developer Position:
- Finoit Off Campus Drive 2022 hiring freshers for Software Trainee Developer Position
- Finoit is looking to recruit software graduates (2021 Batch) with the qualification of BE/ BTech (Computer Science / IT/ ECE ).
- Position available is Trainee-Software Engineer.
- Joining will be given in between April-July, 2021 and training will be provided to the shortlisted candidates in the respective domain chosen by Finoit.
- You are required to Work from Home until the pandemic situation is not under control
Eligibility Criteria for Finoit Off Campus Drive 2022 for Software Trainee Developer:
- Qualification Required:
- B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 2021 Batch: 60% & above throughout (in Xth, XIIth and B.Tech)
- 2022 Batch: 70% & above throughout (in Xth, XIIth and B.E/B.Tech)
- Batch/Passing Out Year:
- 2021/2022 Pass-outs

Salary/ CTC/ Compensation for Finoit Software Developer Trainee:
For 2021 Batch- Training Period - 6 Months
- ₹3.8 Lacs Per Annum CTC
- Upgradable to 4.2 LPA if excellent performance is observed
- Training Period - 6 Months
- ₹4.2 Lacs Per Annum CTC
Service Agreement/ Bond:
- At the time of joining, the Candidate must sign 2 years of service agreement and a Cheque of Rs.1.5 Lacs needs to be submitted, as security against any breach of service agreement.
- The same Cheque will be returned back to the employee on successful completion of service agreement duration i.e. 2 years of service.
Selection Process for Finoit Software Developer Trainee Position:
First Round: 120 minutes (Online Test - Aptitude and Programming Round)- Section 1: Single Choice - Aptitude and Logical Reasoning - 20 Questions - 30 minutes
- Section 2: Single Choice - Programming and Database - 10 Questions - 15 minutes [Only for 2021 Batch]
- Section 3: Coding Round - 2 Questions - 75 minutes
Second Round: Technical Interview (face to face with technical panel)
Third Round: HR Interview (face to face with HR panel)
