Job Description for Godrej Off Campus Drive 2022 for Freshers:

• Godrej Off Campus Drive 2022 hiring freshers for Marketing/Sales/Operations Position
• Godrej & Boyce Off Campus Recruitment Drive for Freshers 2022 batch

On Joining

• Role: Sales trainee
• Fixed Salary: Rs.4,89,000/- per annum
• Training:

1. Rigorous performance reviews during 1 year traineeship
2. On successful completion, you will be absorbed in the company.

Post Absorption

• Role: Deputy Manager
• Fixed Salary: Rs.6,00,000/- per annum
• Total Salary: 6 LPA + Variable Pay

Eligibility Criteria for Godrej & Boyce Sales Trainee Position:

• 60% and above in SSC i.e. 10th 
• 60% and above in HSC i.e. 12th /Diploma (if applicable)
• 60% and above in Engineering Graduation
• 55% and above in MBA/ PGDM (pursuing)
• No gap in studies during Academics
• 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post Graduation should be Full Time
• Bond: 2 years (Applicable for one year of traineeship and one year thereafter)

Note: All the selections will be subject to candidates attaining 60% and above in final examinations
