- FirstMeridian Off Campus Drive 2022 Hiring for Trainee Consultant position
- Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities for FirstMeridian Trainee Consultant Position 2022:
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
- Manage different types of candidates at the same time
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
- Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Update ATS tool daily/weekly
Eligibility Criteria required for FirstMeridian Trainee Consultant Position 2022:
- Qualification: BE/BTech, BSc, BCom
- Specialization: Any
- Graduation year of passing: 2021/2022
- Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation)
