Job Description for Searce Business Process Analyst Position 2022:

• Searce Off Campus Drive 2022 hiring for Business Process Analyst position

Roles and Responsibilities for Searce Business Process Analyst Position:

• Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
• Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional area
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
• Drive results in volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores
• Analyze data statistically and provide meaningful and relevant summary
• Interacting Closely with client stakeholders and build reliable rapport

Eligibility Criteria for Searce Off Campus Drive 2022:

• Eligible Course: BE/BTech (All branches) & MBA & BCom
• Eligible Batch: 2021 & 2022 Passing out candidates need to have their provisional certificate
• Job Location: Pune
• Eligibility Criteria:60% throughout

Salary/ CTC for Searce Off Campus Drive 2022:

• Searce Business Process Analyst Salary is ₹3,50,000-4,00,000/- per annum for BE/BTech & MBA Graduates
• Searce Analyst Salary is ₹2,25,000/- per annum for B.Com Graduates

Note: 2022 batch students will higher as Intern with Stipend amount. Rs.15,000 and they will be converted once they received the provisional marksheet certificate with Salary 3.5 to 4 Lacs
