Job Description for PTC Software Technical Support Position 2022:
- PTC Software Off Campus Drive 2022 hiring freshers for Technical Support Position
- The individual will be part of a highly experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team located in Pune, India and will support customers across North America and Europe.
- The candidate will deliver technical solutions and help to customers who will develop in class products and help them realize the value of the PLM and Retail products or solutions provided by PTC.
Roles and Responsibilities for PTC Off Campus Drive 2022:
- Associate Engineer will be responsible for providing, documenting solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues, using a customer centered approach.
- Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers.
- Associate engineer is responsible for the smooth operation of Cloud hosted solutions and will provide or execute resolutions to any incidents reported by the customer or received through internal monitoring.
- This role is also responsible to restore normal operations to PTC hosted clients as quickly as possible in the event of a critical incident.
Eligibility Criteria for PTC Software Technical Support Position 2023:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent in Engineering
