Job Description for BrowserStack Automation Support Engineer Position:
- BrowseStack Off Campus Drive 2024 hiring freshers for Automation Support Engineer Position
- As a BrowserStack Automation Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers in implementing and troubleshooting test automation solutions using BrowserStack.
- This role involves providing technical support, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful adoption and utilization of BrowserStack's automation tools.
- You will collaborate with customers, developers, and cross-functional teams to address queries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall improvement of the BrowserStack automation platform.
Roles and Responsibiliies for BrowserStack Off Campus Drive 2024:
- Provide 24 X 7 enterprise support to BrowserStack customers
- Active debugging on user test cases to ensure that they run across all browser platforms
- Respond to public queries around BrowserStack products on forums
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management & Sales teams to fix product issues quickly & to provide product improvement ideas
- Actively contribute to the public & internal Knowledge-base.
Eligibility Criteria for BrowserStack Off Campus Drive 2023 for FullStack Engineer Intern Position:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Dual Degree Candidates in any discipline, graduating in 2023 with a CGPA 8.5 and above.
Qualifications required for BrowserStack FullStack Intern Position 2023:

- ME
- MTech
Skills required for BrowserStack Off Campus Drive 2024 for FullStack Intern:
- Excellent command over written & spoken English
- Good customer interaction skills through the spectrum of customer sentiments
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in functional and automation testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
- Hands-on experience in at least one programming language like Java, Node JS, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git, Github, Team Foundation Server (TFS), etc
- Basic understanding of APIs, bash or cURL scripting
- Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries like SELECT statements and JOIN clauses
- Basic know-how of networking concepts (http/s, ping, tracert, SSL, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, etc)
- Basic understanding of Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills to address various customer use cases or requirements
- Should be a team player and should have a can-do attitude
- Any Experience in Technical Support/Automation QA roles is a plus.
